What the Marketing Metrics Calculator does

This calculator turns raw campaign numbers into the metrics marketers report on: click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per thousand impressions (CPM), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and return on investment (ROI).

Enter what you have, such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue, and every metric that can be calculated appears instantly. Leave a field blank and the metrics that need it simply stay empty. Amounts are shown in pesos.

How to use it

  1. Enter your spendType the total ad cost for the period you are reviewing.
  2. Add impressions and clicksCopy these from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or your ad platform report.
  3. Add conversions and revenueUse leads, sales, or sign-ups as conversions, and the revenue those sales produced.
  4. Read and compareCompare results across campaigns or months. A metric only means something next to a goal or a past result.

Tips for better results

  • A high CTR with a low conversion rate usually means the landing page does not match the ad’s promise.
  • ROAS uses revenue, while ROI also subtracts your costs. A ROAS above 1 can still lose money once product and staff costs are counted.
  • Judge campaigns on CPA or ROAS, not clicks. Cheap clicks that never convert are expensive.

Frequently asked questions

What is a good CTR?

It varies by platform and industry. Search ads often reach a few percent, while display ads are usually far lower. Compare against your own past campaigns.

What is the difference between ROAS and ROI?

ROAS is revenue divided by ad spend. ROI is profit divided by total investment, so it accounts for costs beyond the ads.

Are my numbers saved or shared?

No. Calculations run in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
